Nicole Eredics is an accomplished educator with over 25 years of experience in inclusive education. She holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a master's degree in Special Education. Nicole began her career as an Inclusion Teacher in British Columbia, Canada.
As the founder of The Inclusive Class, she has supported the implementation of inclusive systems in more than 150 public and charter schools across the United States since 2008. Nicole's best-selling book, "Inclusion in Action: Practical Strategies to Modify Your Curriculum" (Brookes Publishing, 2018), serves as a comprehensive resource for educators worldwide. She currently serves as a National Presenter & Trainer for the Bureau of Education & Research while continuing her work as an Education and EdTech Consultant. Nicole's engaging keynotes, seminars, and workshops provide practical strategies that empower educators to create truly inclusive, accessible learning environments for students with disabilities.
Nicole brings a uniquely global perspective to her work. Originally from Canada, she has lived in four different countries before settling in Southern California. This international experience has shaped her inclusive worldview, which extends beyond her professional endeavors into all aspects of her life. Though she's embraced the perpetual sunshine and relaxed SoCal lifestyle, her Canadian roots occasionally reveal themselves whenever temperatures drop below 65 degrees—as locals reach for a sweater, she is still in short sleeves.
